Refund policy

Any item purchased from HOFF may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in perfect condition.

Once received the return in our warehouse we will refund the amount of the shoes by the same method of payment (may vary between 7-10 days depending on the bank).
